Every mistake can result in a goal, putting the keeper under constant pressure. This increased responsibility can lead to significant stress, affecting concentration and self-confidence. What&#8217;s more, the isolation inherent in this position, away from the heart of the action, can reinforce feelings of loneliness.<br>Understanding these challenges is essential to developing strategies for maintaining balanced mental health and optimum performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Pressure management strategies for guards<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cope with pressure, keepers can adopt mental preparation techniques such as positive visualization and meditation.
